紅線毯， The red-thread carpets
擇繭繰絲清水煮， made of boiled silks from choice cocoons,
揀絲練線紅藍染。dyeing the cherry-picked silks with safflowers.
染為紅線紅于藍, Eventually, they shall become even redder threads.
織作披香殿上毯。Which knitted into carpets for the palace.
披香殿廣十丈馀， The hall is thirty meters in width,
紅線織成可殿鋪。 Which is shrouded by the red carpets.
彩絲茸茸香拂拂， Fragrance is wafted along from colorful threads
線軟花虛不勝物。 Which are too feeble to carry things.
