諾蘭姐妹（The Nolands）是１９７０年代末／１９８０年代在英國, 歐洲與日本紅及一時的愛爾蘭／英國家族團體

最先由五名姊妹組成.，後來縮成四位．

１９８０年１０月，諾蘭姐妹推出［Making Waves／掀起波瀾］大碟（Epic唱片）

由Ben Findon，Nicky Graham製作

大碟登上英國專輯榜＃１１　取得金唱片（１０萬張＋）

澳洲＃１０　雙白金（１４萬張＋）

瑞典亞軍　紐西蘭冠軍

不過她們最大市場是日本，登上公信榜冠軍　銷售５６萬張＋

全球賣出１００萬張以上．

 

１９８０年，諾蘭姐妹發行大碟第二單曲［Gotta Pull Myself Together／我必須振作起來］，登上愛爾蘭單曲榜＃８

英國榜＃９──這是諾蘭第二首英倫Top10熱門曲  拿到銀唱片（２０萬張＋）

紐西蘭亞軍  澳大利亞＃３　日本＃９（３０萬張＋）
