這是法國巨星蘇菲瑪索（Sophie Marceau,1966-）的處女作

劇情講述一個十三歲法國女孩如何面對她在新學校的生活，以及處理其家中的問題。

［La Boum］在法國大賣,  觀影人數達到 4,378,500人

國際票房也成功, 歐陸跟亞洲表現良好.

電影原聲帶專輯由羅馬尼亞音樂人Vladimir Cosma作曲／編曲／指揮，Cosma＋法國Pierre Jaubert製作

比較特別的是，電影是法語，但原聲帶專輯歌曲全是英語．
