１９９０年春天,  ２９歲半的英國金髮歌手金懷德（Kim Wilde）發行第七張大碟［Love Moves］  仍由弟弟瑞奇（Ricky Wilde）製作

由於幾首主打成績不佳, 連單曲榜Top４０都未打入

連帶［Love Moves］只升到英國專輯榜＃３７（雖在歐陸某些國家反應不錯）

成為金事業銷售最差大碟之一

懷德說她的事業起伏不定,所以對［Love Moves］的失敗並不驚訝,但仍感到失望

 

１９９１年１月, 金推出專輯第五也是最後一首單曲［World in Perfect Harmony／完美和諧的世界］──但只在歐陸發行

此曲由金與弟弟瑞奇合寫, 後者製作成一首強力流行曲

旋律討好, 節奏輕快

只是懷德當時處於事業低潮, 因此並沒打入排行榜

［World in Perfect Harmony］結束［Love Moves］不理想的表現

幸好下張大碟在英國表現相對成功

可是［World in Perfect Harmony］仍是首不錯的流行曲。
