發行首張英文大碟［Perals of Passion／熱情珍珠］走紅, 成為歌壇熱門藝人──只是他們在瑞典之外仍沒沒無聞

１９８８年１０月　羅克賽特推出第二張大碟［Look Sharp！／小心］（ EMI出版）　仍由Clarence Öfwerman製作

登上瑞典榜１４週冠軍

首支主打［Dressed for Success］登上瑞典單曲榜亞軍

１９８８年９月  EMI唱片推出第二單曲［Listen to Your Heart／聆聽你的心］

由Per Gessle 與其樂團Gyllene Tider吉他手 Mats "M.P." Persson合寫

被製成一首流行搖滾　旋律悅耳, 主唱瑪麗的演繹感人

MV則是兩人在瑞典Borgholm城堡的表演剪輯

［Listen to Your Heart］登上瑞典單曲榜＃３　拿到金唱片（25k） 成為大碟第二首暢銷曲

 

１９８９年初  羅克賽特以第三主打／北美第一主打［The Look］登上美國Billboard單曲榜冠軍, 在國際傳奇性的一砲而紅,

北美第二主打［Dressed for Success］也拿到Billboard單曲榜＃１４

北美第三主打選擇［Listen to Your Heart］, 靠著歌曲動聽, 加上羅克賽特的人氣

此曲登上再度Billboard單曲榜后座, 成為其事業第二首美國冠軍曲（１９８９年終＃３３）──這也是當時首支未發行７吋黑膠唱片奪冠的單曲

另拿到副榜──成人抒情榜亞軍

 

國際方面：加拿大冠軍　德國＃５　奧地利亞軍　荷蘭／比利時／日本國際榜＃３　愛爾蘭＃５　瑞士＃８　澳大利亞＃１０（金唱片）　紐西蘭＃１１　西班牙＃１７　義大利／芬蘭＃１８

在英國, １９８９年１０月首度發行, 登上單曲榜＃６２

１９９０年因為［It Must Have Been Love］大紅, EMI將其與［Dangerous］以雙A面主打再度出版　這回升上英國榜＃６

由於［Listen to Your Heart］的熱門, 讓［Look Sharp！／小心］, １９９０年１月在美國銷售突破１００萬張, 拿到白金唱片

在瑞典至今拿到６白金（60萬張）, 加拿大６白金（60萬張）, 英國取得白金（30萬張） 其他地區亦暢銷
