１９４０年６月出生的南西辛納屈（Nancy Sinatra）是美國流行歌手／演員，

位一代歌王法蘭克辛納屈（Frank Sinatra，1915-1998）與南西巴巴托（Nancy Barbato）的長女．

１９５７年１１月在父親法蘭克·辛納屈主持的ABC電視台綜藝節目《The Frank Sinatra Show》中首次亮相，正式開啟歌唱生涯．

 

 

１９６１年，２１歲的南西在父親創立的Reprise唱片公司發行首支單曲［Cuff Links and a Tie Clip／袖扣和領帶夾］

由Aaron Schroeder＋Wally Gold創作．Tutti Camarata指揮他的樂團伴奏，被製作成一首流行曲，

歌曲簡短，節奏輕快，南西的表現活潑．

［Cuff Links and a Tie Clip／袖扣和領帶夾］登上義大利單曲榜＃３８，未入美國榜．

南西最初只在歐洲和日本取得成功。

直到１９６６年初，她才以歌曲［These Boots Are Made for Walkin ］走紅英美。
