Two days ago, on the day of the Chinese Lantern Festival, Master Xin Yun(星雲大師) and Professor Zhu Yunhan(朱雲漢教授) passed away. Master Xin Yun represents peace, while Professor Zhu represents hope, both for the relationship across the strait and for Taiwans future. Rest in peace!

PS: I am not a believer in Buddhism, but every time I heard the voice of Xin Yun, I had a feeling of tenderness because we were both from the same origin: the northern part of Jiangsu Province.
