岱宗夫如何？齊魯青未了。

What is all about Mount Tai?  It strides along the vast land of Qi and Lu with endless green.

造化鐘神秀，陰陽割昏曉。

Nature bestow beauty and charm upon Tai, with a bright south and a blurry north set in scene.

蕩胸生曾云，決眥入歸鳥。

My mind elevates with the wafting cloud, and I attentively stare at those returning birds. 

會當凌絕頂，一覽眾山小。 

So, I must climb up to the mountain top, and all others will be small in my eyes.

PS Mr. Du Fu was a promising young scholar with political aspiration when he climbed up to Mount Tai.  Many years later, after suffering a lot of hardships during social turmoil, he was sick and in deeply reduced circumstances.  Then he wrote another poem regarding mountain climbing: 登高 https://classic-blog.udn.com/kkuo0810/137711682
