Complimentary and Complementary

此兩字為形容詞，字型類似但字義卻相差甚多：
1. Complimentary意近於free of charge，常指附贈的 (服務或商品)，如加入某健身中心
的會員及享有附贈免費的置物櫃：
If you sign up for the membership, you will have a complimentary locker.

2. Complementary通常指互補性質得的，尤其在描述特徵、風格、功能時，如描述朋友的搭配
得宜的衣著可說：
She looks stunning in her gown with that complementary brooch.
