這是英作文期末報告，因為班級經營課程的緣故，我有機會訪問林嘉萍老師，讓我對走向教師之路有更大的決心！！

The Teacher:

I have asked myself why I want to be an educational adviser. This is a journey that you have to keep challenging for a long term.

I am not a student who has no troubles in my studying, and I have met struggles during a period of time. I had not gone to school to study for a short time, and met many difficulties in studying; I think I know what students want by getting through that period of bad grades time, furthermore; a reality question is what a student who majors in Chinese can do, and I don’t know what I can do in the future. I worried about my competition. I told to myself, if students who study in HFU could do big things in the educational field; maybe there are more and more people know how good HFU is. I got the information that the center for teacher education was recruiting students. I asked myself whether I should belong part of it or not. I remembered what my father said: if your interesting is your job, you are the happiest man in the world, so I decided to be a teacher.

Teacher and students:

When teacher Lin faces students, she will let everyone knows she is a teacher who can be a nice teacher and a teacher of principle. If you didn’t rule over the students in seventh grades, the students will have no idea how to fit in. For example, before the teacher comes into the class, the whole students have to read the article aloud. After the teacher comes into the class, students have to stand up and bow to the teacher. Punishment and price part, she has a special method so called “no punishment gold medal” to encourage student to face any kind of little thing in their daily life in positive way. For example, picking up trash will get one no punishment gold medal, then the student will not be punished if the student is late.

Teacher and parents:

A conscientious and responsible teacher communicates with the parents consistently. Teacher Lin has her own principles seriously to call each on of the students’ parent to understand the student’s background and establish the relationship between the teacher and the parents. With the established relationship with the parents, parents will become more acceptable to what their children have done and know what the children’s feeling is; even the children have been spoiled. [If you really love your kids, you have to let them know what is right and what is wrong to punish them to make them exam themselves to change.] Above ways need to connect with parents for a long time, and you have to do it hard.

Teacher and schools

Facing the school’s policy, the teacher will divide the policy into two parts that are students and teacher. About the student part, she concerns on group’s activities, which will unite students together to become closer, and attract students to go to school. The teacher will company with students for activities to get the honor for the class; this shows that the teacher will help students to get the honor, and the teacher is part of the group. The second part is teacher. Because she used to do administration works, she knows what the difficulties are. She will help students with school’s policy.

What I have learned

This is a good chance for me to give a visit with teacher 林 . Though there is no denying that preparing for relevant information about teacher’s profiles , experiences , background and so on is difficult and complex things , I have learned and obtained unforgettable and important experiences for me toward going forward to be a teacher.

She said:[ you have decided to be a teacher , so you have to devote to your powers and professions for education . No one know what you will face in next step , so you just keep in your mind that no matter what you will meet , what you have to do is accept and handle it with positive attitude again and again. Then you can overcome your challenges and make you mature in the future]

I think that I learn a lesson which I can not learn from textbooks , and I will tell myself that I have to be serious to face my dream .I will try my best to pursue for it.
