致死率高達6成！ 疾管署提醒清明掃墓小心恙蟲叮咬 自由電子報 〔記者林惠琴／台北報導〕
清明連假將至，小心蟲蟲大軍伺機而動！衛福部疾管署今(26)日公布，今年全台已累計有9例恙蟲病，個案感染地以花東最多，提醒民眾野外掃墓或出遊要落實個人防護，否則恙蟲叮咬未經妥適治療，致死率可高達6成。
我國全年皆有恙蟲病病例，歷年資料顯示通報數自4至5月開始上升，6至7月達高峰，東部及離島感染病例數較多。
疾管署副署長曾淑慧表示，今年已累計9例恙蟲病，個案感染地為花蓮、台東各3例，高雄、台中各1例，以及1例足跡難以確定感染縣市。
今年病例數略低於2021年至2024年同期的介於16至30例。 恙蟲病是由帶有立克次體的恙螨叮咬而傳染。恙螨會停留於草叢中，伺機攀附到經過的人類或動物身上，宿主遭肉眼幾乎看不見、具傳染性的恙蟎幼蟲叮咬，並經由其唾液感染立克次體，但不會直接由人傳染人。
臨床症狀包含高燒、頭痛、背痛、惡寒、盜汗、淋巴結腫大，且恙蟎叮咬處出現無痛性的焦痂，1週後皮膚出現紅色斑狀丘疹，有時會併發肺炎或肝功能異常。
在沒有經過適當治療的病患中，死亡率可高達6成。 曾淑慧提醒，民眾前往掃墓祭祖或從事踏青等戶外活動時，如有接觸到草叢環境，務必做好個人防護措施，包括穿著淺色長袖衣褲、手套、長筒襪及長靴等保護性衣物，將褲管紮入襪內，並在衣物及皮膚裸露部位使用政府機關核可含敵避(DEET)、派卡瑞丁(Picaridin)或伊默克(IR3535)成分的防蚊藥劑。
此外，曾淑慧指出，在離開草叢環境後，應儘速沐浴並更換全部衣物時，並檢查全身是否有蚊蟲附著或叮咬痕跡，若有疑似感染或症狀時，應儘速就醫並告知醫師相關活動史。
