不要懷疑（No Doubt）是一支美國搖滾樂團，1986年成立於美國加州阿納海姆。

樂團的大部分成員包括主唱兼創始成員關史蒂芬妮（Gwen Stefani）、吉他手湯姆杜蒙特、貝斯手東尼卡納爾和鼓手艾德里安楊。

1992年樂團開始發行專輯時，關的哥哥、鍵盤手Eric Stefani也是樂團成員之一。自1990年代中期以來，長號手Gabrial McNair和小號手Stephen Bradley作為伴奏樂手和巡迴樂手加入樂團。

１９９６年４月，不要懷疑推出大碟第三單曲──但在美國只是電台宣傳主打［Dont Speak／別說話］

由關史蒂芬妮和哥哥Eric Stefani合寫，

它原本是一首情歌，但史蒂芬妮在與樂隊貝斯手Tony Kanal分手後幾乎完全重寫了歌詞。

據她說，「它以前節奏更歡快，更像七十年代的搖滾風格。[當]我和Tony分手後…它變成一首悲傷的歌曲。」

 

Matthew Wilder製作成一首另類搖滾抒情曲，編曲營造出一股壓抑氛圍．

關以沉重的唱腔演繹，悲傷遺憾．

  

［Dont Speak］一發布就迅速獲得廣泛播放

此曲登上告示牌牌百強單曲電台播放榜（Billboards Hot 100 Airplay）冠軍１６週，創下當時的紀錄。最後成為１９９７年美國電台播放次數最多的歌曲。

由於它在美國沒有發行任何商業單曲（這是當時上榜的必要條件），因此未能進入公告牌百強單曲榜。 

《Slate》雜誌音樂評論家Chris Molanphy表示，如果這首歌有資格上榜，它幾乎肯定會佔據榜首位置。

一張進口CD確實在美國銷售，但這種格式也不允許上榜。
