雖然在美國反應不如預期（Pop＃３１, 金唱片）

但在歐洲依舊暢銷　登上全歐榜冠軍　在英國, 德國等重要市場皆封后　全球賣出六百萬張以上　鞏固其國際巨星的聲勢

１９９０年３月，蒂娜發行第五主打──在歐洲推出的標題曲［Foreign Affair］

由Tony Joe White，Roger Davies譜寫，Tony Joe White製作成一首流行搖滾，
