蜜蜂效應

如果你把6隻蜜蜂和6隻蒼蠅裝進一個玻璃瓶中，然後將瓶子平放，讓瓶底朝著窗戶，會發生什麼情況？

你會看到，蜜蜂不停地想在瓶底上尋找出口，一直到它們力竭倒斃或餓死；而蒼蠅則會在不到兩分鐘之內，穿過另一端的瓶口逃逸一空。

事實上，正是由於蜜蜂對光亮的喜愛，由於它們的智力，蜜蜂才滅亡了。

蜜蜂以為，囚室的出口必然在光線最明亮的地方；它們不停地重複著這種合乎邏輯的行動。

蒼蠅則對事物的邏輯毫不留意，全然不顧亮光的吸引，四下亂飛，結果誤打誤撞地碰上了好運氣；這些頭腦簡單者總是在智者消亡的地方順利得救。因此，蒼蠅得以最終發現那個正中下懷的出口，並因此獲得自由和新生。

上面所講的故事並非寓言，而是美國密執安大學教授卡爾·韋克轉述的一個絕妙的實驗。

韋克總結到：「 這件事說明，實驗、堅持不懈、試錯、冒險、即興發揮、最佳途徑、迂迴前進、混亂、刻板和隨機應變，所有這些都有助於應付變化。」

不要墨守陳規，死抱著以往的經驗不放。

或許，在當今這個變化的世界裡，行動要比有序的停滯好得多。

西絲兒·凱嘉波（挪威語：Sissel Kyrkjebø，1969年6月24日－），挪威籍女高音。8歲時進入合唱團， 1985年，CD專輯「Ciselle」 上首次亮相，成為全國流行歌手。

1994年冬季奧林匹克運動會的主題曲 " Fire in your Heart " 以及開幕式與閉幕都由她演唱。

2000年11月，發表第一張個人專輯《All Good Things》。

2007年12月6日獲得美國格萊美音樂獎提名。

西絲兒被認為是頂尖的跨界（crossover）女高音，從流行歌曲至民歌，到古典聲樂和歌劇詠嘆調。她擁有一個水晶般的嗓音和寬闊的音域。她主要用英語和挪威語演唱，並曾使用瑞典語、丹麥語、冰島語、蓋爾語, 法語、德語、義大利語、西班牙語、俄語、毛利語、法羅語、日語和拉丁語演唱。
