1. sublime
Definition: to elevate or exalt especially in dignity or honor
Example: Great tragedies occur here, but there is also an ongoing theatre of the sublime and the ridiculous.
2. blizzard
Definition: a long severe snowstorm
Example: We were snowed in by a raging blizzard
3. gravity
Definition: the force of attraction by which terrestrial bodies tend to fall toward the center of the earth
Example: Zero gravity, once an exclusive playground for astronauts and select scientists, is no longer out of reach to everyday people.
4. fragmentation
Definition: the act or process of fragmenting or making fragmentary
Example: Such fragmentation certainly makes it harder for new groups to elect their own politicians.
5. constitution
Definition: an established law or custom
Example: Members of the club have drafted a new constitution.
6. aristocratic
Definition:belonging to, having the qualities of, or favoring aristocracy
Example: An impoverished dowager who never lets people forget about her aristocratic origins.
7. stranglehold
Definition: an illegal wrestling hold by which one's opponent is choked
Example: It will not be that long till the stranglehold of taxes cause a slow down of spending.
8. transaction
Definition: something transacted; especially: an exchange or transfer of goods, services, or funds
Example: Transcripts of surveillance recordings revealed a stark business transaction.
9. decree
Definition: an order usually having the force of law
Example: The President issued a decree making the day a national holiday.
10. indecisive
Definition: not decisive : inconclusive
Example: She's always been very indecisive.
11. constrain
Definition: to force by imposed stricture, restriction, or limitation
Example: The bill of rights must not constrain speech or our lives and property, but rather constrain government.

Definition: to become diffused throughout every part of
Example: A feeling of great sadness pervades the film.
13. affluent
Definition: having a generously sufficient and typically increasing supply of material possessions
Example: The role of these exhibitions is to showcase contemporary art, attract affluent tourists and stimulate local culture.
14. reputation
Definition: overall quality or character as seen or judged by people in general
Example: He has earned a reputation as a first-class playwright.
15. chastity
Definition: abstention from unlawful sexual intercourse
Example: A saint who is often held up as a model of chastity.
16. illegitimacy
Definition: the quality or state of being illegitimate
Example: Desertion and illegitimacy have been with us for a long time and unfortunately may be on the increase.
17. elite
Definition: the choice or best of anything considered collectively, as of a group or class of persons.
Example: He had managed to scare and offend many of the elite while keeping his approval ratings high.
18. prosperity
Definition: the condition of being successful or thriving; especially :economic well-being
Example: a period of prosperity for our nation
19. coerce
Definition: to restrain or dominate by force ; to compel to an act or choice ; to achieve by force or threat
Example: A confession was coerced from the suspect by police.
20. triangular
Definition: of, relating to, or having the form of a triangle
21. ghastly
Definition: terrifyingly horrible to the senses
Example: You're making a ghastly mistake.
22. irrelevancy
Definition: the quality or state of being irrelevant
Example: the irrelevance of the comment brought conversation to a standstill
23. irrational
Definition: not rational : as (1) : not endowed with reason or understanding (2) :lacking usual or normal mental clarity or coherence ; not governed by or according to reason
Example: He became irrational as the fever got worse.
24. taboo
Definition: forbidden to profane use or contact because of what are held to be dangerous supernatural powers
Example: Sex is a taboo subject for many people
25. condemn
Definition: to declare to be reprehensible, wrong, or evil usually after weighing evidence and without reservation
Example: We strongly condemn this attack against our allies.
