China has signed a MOU with San Francisco that in 2015, she will lease two pandas to the city. Please see the following report.

PS: By 2015, if I stay in the Bay Area, I will surely take my two granddaughters to see those cuties again. FYI, when they were in Taipei last summer, they missed the chance in the Taipei Zoo because of heavy rain.
