自古逢秋悲寂寥，

Throughout ages, autumn has always made people lament. 

我言秋日勝春朝。

My opinion?  I prefer autumn days to springtime.

晴空一鶴排雲上，

A crane flies high through clouds to the clear azure sky,

便引詩情到碧霄。

which ascends my poetic inspiration up to the same height.

PS Autumn is coming, the chilly days as well.  Not everyone is a poet, but they* should all watch out the changing of weather, especially in the continuing threat of COVID.
