Unemployment in the United States hit seven-point-two percent in December, the highest level in 15 years. That is a sharp four-tenths of a percent increase over the prior month.
美國去年12月份的失業率達到7.2%，創15年來的新高。12月份的失業率比11月份猛增了0.4%。

原來 four-tenths 就是十分之四，等於 4/10，小數點等於 0.4
