Ha!

So, a restaurant owner is denying her daughter's dream about being a chef.  Irony right? I don't know why parents like to do that. Looking like your dad is pretty good at what he is doing.  Hope you can stay home, and practice with your day after you go to college. 

Tell you a secrete, I really believe I could have made it to MLB if I continue to play, just that my dad didn't want/allow me to.  With only three years of formal training in the Taiwanese little league team, I was able to play in the independent league and development league in Southern Cal.  What if I had been playing through my life? My dad told me that he didn't want me to do only one things in order to get a slim chance to be successful, and he believed the only way to be professional athlete would be giving up everything else, no basketball, no soccer, no swimming, etc.  He didn't want my childhood to be like that.   I never blame my dad for that because he was the only taught me how to live my life.  I am doing pretty well at work, and is able to discuss with my friends who are working in the professional sports.  Just the feelings of such spot light is so attractive. Just one game!
