從台灣帶來的魚
都特別省著吃
加拿大超市的冷凍魚
根本無法和新鮮彈嫩的台灣魚比較
雖然說加拿大也有自己的美食
但偶爾也很想念台灣味(還有台灣的平價和濃濃的人情味)
來到國外才知道
台灣真的是個寶島!
這是媽媽做的紅燒魚
於灑點鹽和胡椒煎熟
起鍋放盤子
熱鍋加入醬油 水 酒和糖
煮滾後淋在魚上
蔥切細絲灑上即可
很家常的料理
但卻是百吃不膩

Is there any special process or secret way of carry such food?Actually it is not illegal to bring fish (or any fish products, ex: fish balls) into Canada. Just pack them in your baggage. But vegetable or meat products are illegal. Student 於 2009/09/03 01:31回覆
