２００５年，澳洲歌壇天后凱莉米洛（Kylie Minogue）原計劃舉辦［Showgirl：The Greatest Hits Tour］巡演中澳大利亞和亞洲的場次，但因為她被診斷出患有乳腺癌而推遲。

巡演於２００６年恢復，定名［Showgirl：Homecoming Tour］，並調整演出曲目和服裝。

為配合米洛的身體狀況並保護她的體力，演出編排進行調整，並在演出環節之間增加休息時間。

［Showgirl：Homecoming Tour］巡演於2006年11月11日在澳洲雪梨娛樂中心拉開序幕，並於2007年1月23日在英國倫敦溫布利體育館落下帷幕，共包含20場澳洲演出和14場英國演出。

佳評如潮，票房成功（４０３４萬美元）．

２００７年１０月，凱莉推出［Showgirl：Homecoming Tour］紀錄片《White Diamond: A Personal Portrait of Kylie Minogue／白鑽：凱莉·米洛的個人肖像》，記錄洛在［Showgirl: Homecoming Tour］巡迴演唱會期間的生活。

本片於2006年8月至2007年3月在澳洲和英國拍攝。
