由於與英格蘭國家足球隊合作演出，署名為英格蘭新秩序（ENGLANDneworder）。
這首歌是為英格蘭國家足球隊1990年世界盃之旅而創作的，
由新秩序（Bernard SumnerPeter HookStephen MorrisGillian Gilbert）和Keith Allen創作
邀請英格蘭足球員John Barnes獻唱說唱部分，並由1990年英格蘭隊多名隊員和歌詞共同創作者──喜劇演員Keith Allen共同演唱。
