１９８１年１１月，Men at Work順勢推出首張大碟［Business as Usual／照常營業］（Columbia唱片發行）

Peter McIan製造，樂評良好．

大碟收錄［Who Can It Be Now?］，成為其首支主打．

１９８１年１１月，第二單曲［Down Under／在下面／澳大利亞］搭配專輯發行．

這是樂團共同創辦人 Colin Hay （詞曲）和 Ron Strykert （曲）創作。

最初於１９８１年作為他們第一首本地單曲［Keypunch Operator］的 B 面發行．

新版和早期編曲和節奏有別，Peter McIan製造成一首新浪潮／流行搖滾／雷鬼／酒吧搖滾
