Box Pack
Design Concept:
The design jumps out of the traditional ideas about ordinary backpacks and briefcases only available to put sometime in the middle part.
There are two sides with block cutting design like additional pockets attached.
This pocket design allows users to incorporate and classify small objects to put in different pockets in good place.
This will cause fewer unwilling objects crammed in the middle.
The looks of box packs are also featured with highlighted visual sense. It makes users become the fashionable focus on the road!

本專題以勞委會職訓局之數位電子乙級試題為基礎，並著重於鍵盤掃描電路之研製，所採用為矩陣式。
隨著微機系統應用領域的擴大,操作人員與微機系統需要交流的信息越來越多,用來交流的手段和途徑也更為靈活多樣;而鍵盤輸入作為最常用的輸入設備仍有其不可替代的作用。 因此,探討一些鍵盤的特殊結構,用盡可能少的輸入輸出端口實現較多數量的按鍵數仍具有重要的應用價值。
This project is based on class-B digital test sheets issued by the Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training focusing on the R&D of keyboard scanning circuits in a matrix form.
With the increasingly broadened application realms for micro-computing systems, there have been more and more necessities for the communication between operators and micro-computing systems. The methods and measures adopted for exchange communication are also highly flexible and divergent. Keyboard input is exactly the way used the most and it seems to vest with an irresponsible feature. Therefore, this article aims to explore some special structures of keyboard. There will be lest numbers of I/O terminals designed to materialize basic yet important applications for key-in operation.

由實驗結果中顯示在定電流1A的模式以鍍膜速率與平均粗糙度為目標值影響最大為功率，薄膜硬度影響最大則是氬氣，以薄膜硬度與平均粗糙度為最佳化參數組指標選出A2、B1、C1，而在鍍膜速率這一目標值中，而在鍍膜速率中排名占第二名的氮氣做為最後一個調控等級為D2，本實驗田口實驗製程之最佳化參數模組為文中求得兼顧且大致達至本文要求的最佳化參數組為A2、B1、C1、D2。
Experiment results show under the mode with constant-current leveled at 1A, the variable to affect target values of filming rates and average roughness most is power. The variable to affect target values of average roughness most is argon. Among optimized parameter groups of film hardness and average roughness , there are three values, A2, B1 and C1, selected. Among target values of filming rates, the variable of argon as the second highest one on to affect filming rates is set to the last control level D. In this experiment, optimized parameter modules of Taguchi production process to satisfy majorities of experimental requests are A2, B1, C1 and D2.

配合改善舊製程舊有問題的脈衝式直流磁控濺鍍系統以固定電流、夾具轉數、溫度、工作距離與工作角度等參數方式配合田口L9(34)直交表挑選出工作時間、功率、氬氣流量、氮氣流量之參數配合田口直交表挑選範圍進行鍍膜實驗，接著使用L9(34)田口直交表中S/N比分別對鍍膜速率、薄膜硬度、平均粗糙度等進行實驗分析推算最佳化參數組後濺膜最佳化氮化鈦薄膜。
In view of improving the old process with problematical impulse DC magnetron sputtering system, parameters like fixed currents, fixture RPM, temperatures, working distances and angles are operated in coordination with Taguchi L9 (34) Orthogonal Array to select appropriate parameter ranges of work hour, power, argon gas flow and nitrogen flow for sputtering experiment. Thereafter, S/N rates listed in L9 (34) Taguchi Orthogonal Arrays are separately selected to conduct experimental calculations on filming rates, film hardness and average roughness to reach optimal parameter sets and then followed by the calculation for optimal sputtering of titanium nitride filming.

目前全球平均溫度的變化，幾乎和二氧化碳含量的變化是同步上升，雖然植物光合作用吸收很大一部分二氧化碳，海洋也溶解一部分二氧化碳，但空氣中二氧化碳還是逐步增加。全球性的二氧化碳導致溫度增量，可能及過來導致海平面上升和降雨量及降雪量在數額上和樣式上的變化，也許促使極端天氣事件更強更頻繁。譬如洪水、旱災、熱浪、颶風和龍捲風。
Currently, the variation of average global temperatures almost keeps the same pace with that of carbon dioxide. Although the photosynthesis of plants can absorb most carbon dioxide and some of it can be also solved into ocean, the amount of carbon dioxide in the air still increases gradually. The global carbon dioxide results in temperature increment probably with the rising in sea level, rainfall and snowfall. Such a situation make extreme climate like flood, drought, hot wave, cyclone and tornado happen more frequently.

在這張圖裡面,我想試著表達一種層次感,在第而張圖我強調的是色彩的對比,
以及靠著不同材質的混搭,展現出一種全新的面貌,是我的目的,而在最後一張圖,我只用了黑白色系,利用剪貼的方式展現平衡感,然而因為只有單一色系比較難製造出層次感,所以我利用圖片的不同光感把它們堆積起來看起來比較活潑生動
In this picture, I would like to try to convey a kind of layering sense. In the 2nd picture, what I emphasize is color contrast with the combination of different materials to show a brand new look in my purpose. In the last picture, I just use black-n-white colors to demonstrate balance sense by clipping. However, because only a single color system will be more difficult to create layering sense. Therefore, I used pictures of different light perceptions to pile up their looks with a more vivid image.

比較Ａ系統與Ｂ系統之不同處. 且不比較兩系統在畫面呈現是否美觀及使用介面的差異．單單就作業面來說. 兩者最大的差異為 Ａ系統為intranet較為封閉. 而Ａ系統為internet較為靈活運用. Ａ系統須熟記id＆ＰＡＳＳＷＤ．而Ｂ系統僅需使用密碼卡．Ａ系統為單筆作業．無法產生任何報表且須人工核算金額．Ｂ系統則無以上缺點．

This project is based on class-B digital test sheets issued by the Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training focusing on the R&D of keyboard scanning circuits in a matrix form.
With the increasingly broadened application realms for micro-computing systems, there have been more and more necessities for the communication between operators and micro-computing systems. The methods and measures adopted for exchange communication are also highly flexible and divergent. Keyboard input is exactly the way used the most and it seems to vest with an irresponsible feature. Therefore, this article aims to explore some special structures of keyboard. There will be lest numbers of I/O terminals designed to materialize basic yet important applications for key-in operation.

In this experiment, optimized parameter modules of Taguchi production process to satisfy majorities of experimental requests are A2, B1, C1 and D2.

In this picture, I would like to try to convey a kind of layering sense. In the 2nd picture, what I emphasize is color contrast with the combination of different materials to show a brand new look in my purpose. In the last picture, I just use black-n-white colors to demonstrate balance sense by clipping. However, because only a single color system will be more difficult to create layering sense. In this paper, computer-aided engineering analysis was conducted to explore the structural strength of frame body and the vibration when passing through uneven road surface with dynamic simulation profiles reached. Also, by using numerical methods, the optimal values of spring stiffness and damping coefficients could be found.
