Payment of SERVICE shall cover each single Purchase Order placed to SSIW from any and all EPC contractors and/or CLIENT directly, which identified CLIENT and/ or its Affiliates as the final End User until Termination of the agreement.

Certain payment of Service Fee shall be agreed mutually betweenSSIW and WASSET case by case before each single Purchase Order
placed.
