My nephew Chris and his wife Carr came to Taiwan on August 16. All the family members here are so happy to be with them. After Joe went to the airport picking them up, we welcomed them at Ponde Rosa Restaurant. For the next two days, Joe and I took them to Alishan (2216 meters above sea level), located in the high mountainous area of eastern Chiayi County.  We enjoyed the four wonders of Alishan, including the sunrise, the sea of the clouds, the forest railways, and the sacred trees. Since it was raining, we didnt see another wonder of evening sunset glow. All of us had a great time walking around this amazing national scenic area.
