Have you ever doubted the truth of any online information? How can we identify fake news?

(1) Yes. I once read a report saying a famous actor had passed away, but I doubted if it was true because the description was very unclear. I searched the Internet for more information, and there were no other news reports about the actor’s death. Finally, I realized that it was just a piece of fake news.

(2) There are many ways to identify fake news. For example, a highly exaggerated title is usually suspicious because it is meant to get more attention. We should be careful about edited pictures as well. A picture can be photoshopped to reflect totally different messages.
