到官網下 foobar 2000 主程式。

到官網元件庫下下面的元件

1. DTS decoder 0.5.2
2. Monkey's Audio Decoder 2.1.7  
3. 到 RAREWARES 下 lame mp3 decoder

解開後 lame.exe 放到 foobar 2000 根目錄，lame_enc.dll 放到 foobar2000\components 目錄下。

開啟 foobar 2000 然後在 library/configure 選單中，components 頁按下 install 按鈕，安裝剛剛下載的 foo_input_dts.fb2k-component 和 Monkey.fb2k-component。

回到主程式，開啟 dts 歌曲，右鍵，選 convert ，選 ... 則出現轉換頁面。

1. ouput 選 mp3
2. processing 選 Downmix channels to stero

儲存設定後即可順利轉換。
