若真，現在 有頭有臉的大 油公司(Exxon，Chevron，Shell，BP，Aramco，.....) 听說 有幾家 數年前 賤賣了 大片 油頁岩 礦權 lease，股價或將 小小地震，洗牌，幾家歡樂 幾家愁 ? ! 
美國 汽油價格 已滑落20%，若持續滑落更多，升斗小民 得益，經濟走強，股市，.....
臺塑 Port Lavaca 廠 ~ Please click link。 一位 x廠長 告訴 小老朽 天然氣 与 原油 價值 (熱含? or 碳氫含?) 比為 1:8。 天然氣昨日收盤價 $4.01 USD / 1,000 Cubic ft 等於 $32/桶 原油。 原油 歷史最高 曾近 $150， 去年 $105， 近日 $80。 若 天然氣 果能 〝低價〞 煉成汽油，原油 應可跌到 $55 USD ? ! 天然氣 應可漲到 $6 USD ? ! 美帝 百年世界霸主 寶位， 則可能 多維持若干年 ? ! 普丁， 白雙羽煮蓆， ISIL 眾僂囉，或心有不干，可是 情勢比人強，奈何 ? !

Saudi Arabia's oil minister told fellow OPEC members they must combat the U.S. shale oil boom, arguing against cutting crude output in order to depress prices and undermine the profitability of North American producers.
Ali al-Naimi won the argument at Thursday's meeting, against the wishes of ministers from OPEC's poorer members such as Venezuela, Iran and Algeria which had wanted to cut production to reverse a rapid fall in oil prices.

曾經 看到一篇文章，美国 二戰打嬴 德日，原因之一 乃 依賴 東德州 (East Texas) 的超級大油田。
