I used to ride a motorcycle as my primary mode of transportation when I was young. As a rider, I was inevitably interested in the makes of famous names such as BSA, Triumph, BMW, Harley, Vespa, and even Honda and Yamaha. But I seldom thought that China would have its own brand, someday, somehow.
Now, a Chinese brand ZXMOTO (張雪機車) has become a sensation in the motorcycle circle for its wins in the Grand Prix. Attached below is the story of the founder of ZXMOTO, illustrating his odyssey from motorcycle apprentice and repairman to a business tycoon in the motorcycle industry, and more importantly, his vehicle is made in China.
