I watched subject movies on the flight from San Francisco to Taipei yesterday.
Many years ago, maybe in my high school days, when I watched the movie adapted from "Pride and Prejudice" played by Laurence Olivier and Greer Garson, the vivid illustration of human emotion and the witty remarks of tic for tat attracted me so much that I managed to finish reading the original book by Jane Austin. (The one of only three English novels that I have ever read. The other two are Jane Eyre and Love Beneath Hawthorn Tree, the English edition.) I am not familiar with the actor and the actress who played in this new one. So, I checked online. It was the movie of 2005.
As for "你好, 李煥英." it is a movie that captures a good-for-nothing daughter who memorizes her mother in a time-traveling way. The actress and the director of the film, 賈玲, played the same role in her box-office success work not long ago: "熱辣滾燙."
