The report said the Baidu unmanned Raddish Express (or Robot taxi) has operated its online car-hailing services in Wuhan, China. Now, the main concerns are focusing on the revenue and cost of the car owners, but few are questioning its dependability and safety.  

I remember I told you before in my previous posting that, about four or five years ago, sometimes I would see the Apple Unmanned test cars driving in the neighborhood. Those cars looked a little funny for the receptacles equipped outside their body. They went slowly and dropped off when they were nearing the intersections, and it was amazing to me. The United States was leading in the field of the world then, but until now, I have not heard any news about the status of the development here any longer.

Has the US lagged behind China in this regard?
