The subject phrase is popular in the China mainland, and a commentator uses it to describe the aggressive or even combative woman legislator of Taiwan, Xu Qiaoxin. Xu, a petite young lady, is one of the few KMT politicians who dares to fight back any challenges from DPP, and she often reveals the scandals and unlawful conducts that DPP committed as well.

What she did has been my sole interest concerning KMT. Ha!
