As expected, China women basketball lost to America yesterday in the final of World Cup and ended up second place of the tournament which is held every four years. 

China team coach Ms. Zheng (鄭薇) was awarded best coach of the tournament, and she happened to be one of the players 28 years ago when China last won the second place in World Cup (formerly World Championship).  Han Xu (韓旭), China’s center, was nominated as best five of the tournament. 

As expected, too, my favorite basketball star Breanna Stewart was also nominated as one of the best five.  I wrote something about her four years ago when she acquired the MVP trophy in last World Cup.
