綠螘新醅酒，

The newly-brewed wine is covered with greenish foam,

紅泥小火爐。

now being simmered on a stove made from reddish clay.

 
晚來天欲雪，

Seemingly it will snow again this evening;

 
能飲一杯無？

how about come and have a drink with me?

P.S.  I have never read this poem before, until I found it printed on the sleeve of the chopstick I used last evening at a local chain of famous diners.  So interesting!
