Apparently, Qingfu scandal is a self-evident corruption pertaining to Cai administration.  No doubt Cai and DPP will be hell-bent on bailing themselves out of such a whirl that, under normal circumstances, most likely will endanger the legitimacy of their ruling.  But how?

Simple, just use their conventional tactics: lying, prevaricating, backtracking, flinging mud at Ma administration, setting a red herring, and so on.  But don't forget they may also adopt a delaying tactic to make the forgetful islanders feel tired of the case.  Dear fellow islanders, treat your amnesia and don't let the case be consigned to oblivion.  Just hang on!
