教學走向: Step1詢問同學對於上次授課內容是否有問題

Step2回答問題並簡略帶過今天授課內容

 Step3緩和同學對本節內容的思考過程,進入講授主題

         Step4介紹單字和相關動詞,並做覆誦,加深印象活於應用

         Step5藉由教學卷,以一問一達的方式增加師生間互動,並鼓勵學生發言

Step6進而加深練習難度,讓同學實際操作,老師先介紹相關單字,講解           句子實際操作給同學看,並請同學表演,加深學習效果並一同完成練習卷

教材架構:Vocabulary→ Phrase→ Sentence→ how to cook.

         由簡入難,並從所學單字,動詞進而學習如何完成一道菜

教學目標 :提供學習者認識認識食材,配料,烹煮方式,烹煮工具

 能以簡易英文表達菜餚製造過程

 樂於接觸課外英語教材

 培養學習者聽得懂L2,並用L2表達

Ways of doing

Sprinkle噴灑,點綴  Roll捲     Drain        排空..水 

Ways of cutting

 Cut切        chop…up切細,剁碎    shred切成條狀

Getting ready

1. Sushi___              a. Cut potatoes into long pieces, then fry the pieces in hot oil.

2. French fries__     b. Boil water and add noodles. Drain the noodles, then pour sauce

on them

3. Spaghetti___        c. Put rice and fresh fish on seaweed, then roll it together
