True Buddha School disciple who is full of Sarira/Buddhist relics (舍利), Grand Master posthumously awarded him  「Master Lotus Yi-Min (蓮花益民上師)」.
Disciple has actually attained enlightenment, and most importantly obtained Grand Master’s blessings!

(Reported by Master Hui-Jun)18^th May 2013 Saturday, which is also the first weekend after returned to United States, to host【Yellow Jambhala (黃財神本尊法)】group cultivation and gives dharma talks at Seattle Temple.

His Holiness Living Buddha Sheng-Yen Lu revealed that: 「Lotus Yi-Min bonze/monk, a senior citizen who is over 90 years has passed away recently, there are lots of Sarira/Buddhist relics that are like the size of a grain after cremation! So, True Buddha School also has a monk who is full of Sarira/Buddhist relics」.

The last time that Master Lotus Yi-Min sees His Holiness Living Buddha Sheng-Yen Lu was at the entrance of True Buddha Tantric Quarter (真佛密苑). Grand Master has already prophesied: 「You will attained Arhat in the future, and will have lots of miracles！」

What practise has Master Lotus Yi-Min derived to be able to attained Arhat? His Holiness Living Buddha Sheng-Yen Lu revealed:「This master has never committed the sins of speech, his body is very purified due to his practice/cultivation, he always recite the Root Guru (Padmakumara) Heart mantra in his mind and has chanted more than 8,000,000 times, therefore he is able to have such achievement today, which is very amazing！」

「He has also attended all of the Kalachakra Puja Ceremonies that Grand Master presided！Although he was a senior citizen, he genuinely cultivated to achieve such true attainment! This has proven that True Buddha School is truly authentic Buddhism！」

His Holiness Living Buddha Sheng-Yen Lu posthumously awarded him 「Master Lotus Yi-Min」, and said that he has appeared 7 times at the ceremony on the day, and changes his original look to the look of arhat.

When the writer reported the news on the internet on the news relating to the [True Buddha School disciple who is full of relics/Sarira, and Grand Master posthumously awarded him 「Master Yi-Min」.], True Buddha disciples are amazed, and some of the disciple also left a message ---
Lotus Gui-Mei (蓮花貴梅) said:[It is really a miracle at this century, prove of genuine cultivation. Respectful and always remember of Grand Master, therefore obtained blessings, a senior monk,  (not the world famous kind, but there are disciples who know him) cultivate till full of Buddhist relics! This has proven Grand Master and True Buddha teachings are difficult to attain, it is the truth and not fake! Grateful that Living Buddha come to earth to save the sentient beings. Worship Grand Master. Om Guru Lian Sheng Siddhi Hum.]

Arleen Heng Lee Gek expressed: [A 92 years old Master who only cultivate Root Guru (Padmakura), and recites consistently and recites more than 8,000,000 times of Root Guru mantra, always attends the Kalachakra Homa that Grand Master hosts and received Kalachakra blessing, and also strives to live his daily life according to Buddhist precepts. Also, in regards to the introduction of small Living Buddha nThubten Siddhi Rinpoche, Grand Master tells the local True Buddha disciples again that: 「Thubten Siddhi Rinpoche born with clairvoyance, and he already knew how to chat Root Guru mantra and lots of other mantras as well. Apart from practicing diligently everyday, he has also urge his parents to pratice diligently.」

「Before he was born, his mother saw Ksitigarbha  Bodhisattvas  went to her body from the mandala and got pregnant after that. His parents besought Grand Master for a son, the wish is now fulfilled! Thubten Siddhi Rinpoche's hand has a wisdom eye ( 智慧眼 ), dharma ship ( 法船 ) ( indicative of saving sentient beings in the future),  triton / charonia / conch ( 法螺 ) ( to gives dharma talks in the future ) ...... 」

Why would Buddha always teach sentient beings to contemplate bitter, empty impermanence, anatta / anatman / selflessness ( 無我 ) ? His Holiness Living Buddha Sheng-Yen Lu analyse for the sentient beings: 「 Due to we are a cosmos / unified entity / phenomenon of a composite ( 一合相 ), therefore the body, such as viscera， the four elements (earth, water, wind, fire), and therefore these would be dispersed in the future when we passed away. Therefore, disciples who understand anatta / anatman / selflessness will not have any troubled minds!

What is real Buddha? His Holiness Living Buddha Sheng-Yen Lu said: 「Buddha told everyone that they need to understand themselves, then further understanding of reality, so that truly able to escape from troubles. Only able to attain Bodhisattva, truly attain enlightenment.」

Grand Master also teach us how to see clearly and understand the truth/righteous meaning of "Buddhism", actually "Buddhism" is a tool of teaching us to attain enlightenment, therefore activities like Prostrations, Mandala Offering, Fourfold Refuge, reciting sutra, chanting mantra and etc, these are actually tool. We cannot  just dedicated to the tools, and forgot about enlightenment/self-transcendence/find one's true self!」

「Disciples who attain enlightenment, will unite with deities and there won't be any difference! At this point you are Vajrasattva (Buddha's Dharma Prince), then change to Hevajra! Disciples would unite with deities when disciples  understand the truth the universe fully!」

 「Therefore the meaning of Prajnaparamita Hrdaya Sutra (also known as The Great Heart of Wisdom Sutra 摩訶般若波羅蜜多心經 ) is:  a sutra that is with great wisdom to help you to reach the other side of the shore (ultimate nirvana).」

His Holiness Living Buddha Sheng-Yen Lu also mentioned that there are 2 things that are difficult to change:「The first is difficult to change one's own habits; the second is life system / phylosophy is also hard to change, just like when we grow up from birth, has been studying from kindergarten to PhD,  followed by looking for job, get married and have children, it is a system / phylosofy of life and then starts over again, this is called "life system / phylosory (人生制度) " 」

「However disciples might not always be in accordance with such, and therefore would need to cultivate to get rid of the bad habbits, to adjust to a good system. You have a very limitted time to learn buddhism, therefore you need to understand yourself truly, understand the truth of the universe!」

What is the meaning of indestructible vajra?  Grand master explained again: 「Human body and others would be destroyed/broken one day, however there is one thing that will lasts forever, and it is "indestructible Taghagatagarba / Buddhahood"! We cannot assume that the body is his own, or someone who is suffering from frozen shoulder，he/she would not be able to raise his/her hand high, patients who are on wheel chair are no longer able to stand, this is due to the body is sick, it is not able to control the scope of their own! 」

 「Esoteric / Tantric / Vajrayana Buddhism has a very secretive empowerment / abhisenca, when an empowerment is conferred on disciples by Master, to bestow the seed of Buddha into heart of disciples, so that it will germinate in the future, then followed by flowering and fruiting...... Therefore Grand Master is empowering sincerely, and disciples visualise according to Grand Master's teaching while doing meditation. Grand Master is a great teacher/mentor of Bodhi, therefore will help disciples to attain great achievements. The true vajra master would never misunderstood the meaning of buddhism/dharma ( 佛法 ), and able to gives Tantric Buddhism empowerment and blessings to disciples, so that they gradually to attain the level of True Buddha!」

His Holiness Living Buddha Sheng-Yen Lu went back to United States on15^th May, even though the long journey is quite tiring, but it still doesn't stops Grand Master giving Dharma talks every Saturday, including every Sunday's Fire Puja Ceremony, how honoured we are, still able to take refuge and learn True Buddha Tantric Buddhism, where do we find such master! Hopefully True Buddha disciples are able to practice diligently, salvation for one and others, to repay True Buddha kindness!
