Please submit your personal items, required for Life Foundation Sadhana, to Rainbow Lei Zang Temple by 8th September 2013. For items received after 8 September, Rainbow Lei Zang Temple is unable to guarantee that the submission will be in time for the Life Foundation Sadhana conducted by Grand Master. Please send in your personal items early to seize this rare opportunity!

Personal items required for Life Foundation Sadhana:

1) Your finger and toe nails
2) Some strands of hair.
3) Corners of fabric scraps from your top and bottom undergarments.

The personal items are to be sealed in a small red or yellow packet. Dimensions of the packet is according to the dimensions of the red packet (ang pow), traditionally used for monetary gifts. Please indicate your full name & birth date details on the packet containing your personl items.

Due to the large amount of mail expected, please take note of the following during submission to expeditie processing:

1) Please separate the packet containing your personal items from the packet with monetary offering. Do indicate the subject: for Life Foundation Sadhana (做生基) on the mailing envelope.

2) No reply will be sent for submission of personal items. If a reply is needed, please indicate so, with the return address written in BLOCK letters. Rainbow Lei Zang Temple will not be responsible for any lost mail due to incomplete/unclear address given.

3) Please do not combine the submission of personal items for Life Foundation Sadhana with other mail e.g. registration forms for pujas, letters seeking consultations, blessings and/or talisman. Rainbow Lei Zang Temple will not be handling any such letters seeking consultations, blessings and/or talisman. Please direct all such queries to True Buddha Foundation.
