由Mark Topham，Karl Twigg，Lance Ellington創作，並製作成一首流行舞曲／歐式流行，由女團員演唱．節奏輕快．

這首歌確立 Steps 復興ABBA音樂的意圖，與他們 1980年的熱門歌曲［The Winner Takes It All］有著不小相似之處。

 

［One for Sorrow］登上英國單曲榜亞軍，取得金唱片（４２．３萬張）（1998年榜#31），成為組合第一首進入英國單曲榜前五名的單曲。
