１９９９年初 並獲得最佳流行專輯等三項葛萊美獎肯定（加上非娜姐得的最佳唱片包裝則為四項） 成為當年最大贏家
１９９９年３月 ４０歲半的瑪丹娜推出專輯第五也是最後一首單曲（美國第四單曲）［Nothing Really Matter］
此曲由她跟Patrick Leonard譜寫 描寫她鑽研長女Lourdes Leon的感覺, 以及情愛, 自私與母愛的題材
娜姐與William Orbit , Marius de Vries共同製作
是首融合氛圍音樂（ambient music）與電子噪音（electronic noise）的電音舞曲
［Nothing Really Matters］的歌詞內容與譜曲獲得不少讚譽 但也有些樂評認為跟專輯前幾首主打（如［Ray of Light］）比較 顯得太過溫和 缺乏生氣
此曲商業反應不佳 只登上美國單曲榜＃９３ 成為瑪丹娜事業至今入榜名次最低的歌曲
媒體認為單曲推出時間與電台播放率登頂時間錯開 導致名次不高
不過副榜──舞曲榜反應依舊良好 成為大碟第三首在此封后的歌曲
