我家的叉燒包

過世的外婆是個廚房高手.她做的炭烤叉燒,豆豉排骨,酒釀,豆沙包..等等,都是一流的.今天來介紹她的叉燒包.

首先說明,這個叉燒包不是廣東飲茶的叉燒包.

話說有一天我去了一個日本店發現有有機的筍賣.當做珍品買回家.

不知道該拿來做什麼. 就做包子吧!

本來應該用梅花肉(唐人店稱叉燒肉).我剛好有一盒有機絞肉,就決定用它.

(各位注意,現在越來越多小孩很小就有發育現象,我想是北美肉類有太多荷爾蒙)

筍切丁,香菇泡軟切丁.

炒菜鍋熱油,先爆香菇丁,加點糖,多一點酒.

倒入絞肉,加醬油炒香

加筍丁,加少許水悶煮,與紅燒肉作法相同.熄火待涼.

整裝待發的包子

成品.

下次再介紹如何用麵包機輕鬆發麵糰.

請問妳包子底下用的是哪種紙蒸好後會黏嗎?

包子功夫一流快遞幾個來"號糕"一下吧! 

我用parchment paper,中文不知是什麼,不會黏.

Organic food

I agree with you... too much hormone & Antibiotics contimanated meats, eggs, and dairies!  little girls start early puberty as early as 8 , 9 yo. sigh...

I carefully select the meats, eggs, and dairies and of course veggies and fruits.  Recent years, I prefer Organic, if no organic available, the next choice would be ALL Natural.

As you might already noticed, those organic and all natural stuff are a lot more expensive than regular ones, but not just for our health, also for the great environment...  I do urge people to purchase these products!

Since I prefered those organic veggies and fruits, you wouldnt see me peel off the skin!  Like carrots, pumpkins, the ones with thin skin, I just simply wash them and chop them up!  As you might already know, lots of nutrients hide just beneath the skin!
