You raise me up 這首歌原曲創作者是秘密花園的 Rolf Lovland，
最早收錄在2001年秘密花園的專輯Once in a Red Moon 當中，
2003年Joshua Groban 把這首歌唱得紅透半邊天，
2005年還被提名葛萊美獎。
近來的心情雖然灰暗，
但每次聽到這首歌，就覺心臟血液被提升、又提升，
