Ten Things to Watch Out for Your Diet

1. Don’t drink anything old, and make sure you sue the right kind of containers.

2. Focus on your food when you eat.  It is best not to talk at the same time. 

3. Diversify your diet.

4. Follow proper etiquettes when you eat.  Sit still, and stay calm, and peaceful.

5.  Follow a clean diet, and don’t eat too fast.

6. Soup before solid food, and fruit before main entry. 

7. Rub gentle on your stomach after each meal, and take a stroll.

8. Eat small but multiple meals in great varieties.

9. Don't eat anything that is not fresh, and polluted.

10. Don’t eat three hours before bed.
