勿操之過急‧先吐吶暖身‧

2.     
少比賽、勿逞強‧切記一切為健康˙

3.     
勿忘事先飲用適量温開水、事後必要時再飲‧

生病、飽食、受傷、非安全時地環境、心理不安時皆應慎重其事‧有伴為佳˙ 頭頸腰宜緩˙

睡前起床不宜太激烈大動‧

登山游泳安全第一.量力而為.‧流汗檫好防風˙

不合本身健康條件之活動不玩˙

8.     
疲勞又對健康不利之運動應節制‧

勿在空氣不良處尤不可偏於室

Ten Things to Keep in Mind When You Work Out


1. Don't rush into a workout.  Make sure to do warm-up.

2. Don't get into competitive sports, and don't push yourself too hard. 

3. Drink warm water before and after each workout.

4. Don't work out alone when you are feeling sick,  full  on your stomach, or injured.  It is important to have a partner with you when you sense the environment unsafe.  Be extra cautious when you move around your head, neck, and waist to prevent injury.

5.  Don't do extreme cardio workout right before or after bed.

6. Safety is important when you go swimming or mountain climbing. 

7. Don't do sports that are not fit for you.

8. Don't do sports that hurt your health and make you tired.

9. Don't stay inside when the air circulation is bad.

10. Excessive workout is harmful for your health.
