Mid Year age.

I signed up one year Gym member, but only go to Pool /hot Tub during weekend.   Now I use tradmill machine to do fast walking 30-40 min a day at home.   I lost 5 ponds within a month.    So next year, I won't continue my membership since I can workout at home withouting wasting time at driving on the road.

我幾乎每週都達到150分鐘,而且是很劇烈的活動,比如kickboxing, steps還有舉點啞鈴。不過有點擔心膝蓋將來會吃不消。我也是在家裡運動,運動完心情好,吃的多,所以都沒瘦,可是體能好得很。

Kitto, I forgot to write down that exercise and diet both are important if you want to keep good fit-  Big breakfast, median size Lunch and samll dinner.

練習英文

哇!  真羨慕妳,我的減重計畫一直失敗呢!  對了,看到妳在我那兒用英文寫了回應,想必是在練習英文,對否?  我注意到妳在時態和介系詞方面有一些錯誤,所以幫妳改了一下,希望能有所幫助。我那在美國生長的女兒也是這麼幫我改我的英文習作,對我頗有幫助。有空時回我那兒看看,改得不好的地方請別介意。


I appreciate your correction.   I am a "English literature blind". 

FYI, I doesn't know how to type Chinese characters in keyborad.

跑步機
以前我也常常使用跑步機,
可是,
後來聽說跑步機的輻射(radiation)似乎蠻高,
就改作別的運動了!

健身

從沒有去過任何健身房﹐ 因為太麻煩﹐ 要開車﹐ 要帶換的衣服。。。

也像你一樣﹐ 在家運動﹐ 或是外出走路。


I sign up membership jsut want to encourage me to exercise, but it doesn't work well for me becasue I am a dirver for my two kids.

My friend told me I lost weight because Co. busy season ( to much over time), not becasue I use tradmill at home.  Ha!

運動
我不會sign up 任何club 因為不會有恆心出去運動
加上冬天 更不想出門
不過去年年底 把江南style改了一下
每天跳個幾回 約30分鐘 效果也挺不錯的呦

I sign up memberhsip from Co. discount, $500 a year included two kids..

I have tried personal trainner for one month, so know how to use machine to get fit.  the difficulty for me is to keep consistent commitment on exercise.  Plus Sometimes I swich to different interesting after I do the same thing for a while.  I am Leo, that's why I always want someting new.  Ha ha.

Yayawwww 好厲害,可以在家自己運動那麼久,我每天下班都先去運動一小時,但都是群體韻律操或跳舞class, 有音樂又一群人,我才不會偷懶!

一星期五磅! 哇,效果比我好耶!


I am busy with two kids afterschool programs, so I only can stay at home exercise.  I might think about to go to Hot Yoga after empty nest. - well, it will be after 8 years. Yayawww2013/03/03 21:30回覆
