my middle school son told me that he has to attend school social in order to have networking to find a better student work. I am thinking when I was in Taiwan, I hate those people who use networking to get a better job than people who spend a lot time at searching and make a lot effort to find a job. In American, it's normal to get your friend to work at your company and you can get a referral fee if he is a good match to the position. I think I am too old generation for networking to find a job, but I do think to work in Taiwan or China after 10 years, my dreams hope to come true. God bless me
