營養素食沙拉菜: Walnut Slaw (核桃蘋果生西洋高麗菜片沙拉菜)

Ingredients (成份):
2 tablespoons sour cream
2湯匙 酸奶醬(把酸奶醬換成特級初榨橄欖油)
2 tablespoons good-quality mayonnaise
2湯匙 高品質的美乃滋醬(一般不建議用)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1湯匙 檸檬汁
¼ cabbage, very finely shredded
¼西洋高麗菜(紅白兩種顏色) 切細碎
*西洋高麗菜的葉片比台灣高麗菜要平面 生吃也比較脆
1 long red chilli, seeded and shredded
1條長紅椒(是青椒的一種不辣的) 去籽 切碎
1 apple, cored and shredded
1顆蘋果 去芯 切碎
1 carrot, shredded
1條胡蘿蔔 切碎(我都用刨刀刨細條)
3 tablespoons roughly chopped walnut
3湯匙 核桃 隨意弄碎
1 large handful coriander and mint leaves
1大手掌 莞荽和薄荷葉(撥下葉子不用切碎)
1 handful raw peas
1手掌 生碗豆(不要煮 好吃哦!)
Method (作法): 4人份
In a large bowl, whisk sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients and a little sea salt and ground black pepper, toss together to coat in dressing, then serve. Serves 4.
先將酸奶醬/美乃滋醬/檸檬汁攪拌待用
再把所有的菜料混合攪拌加上海鹽和黑胡椒
最後把攪拌好的醬汁(酸奶醬/美乃滋醬/檸檬汁)淋上
*把酸奶醬/美乃滋醬換成特級初榨橄欖油 不損其美味哦!
