這是一首輕鬆節奏很快的老歌，聽起來就是很陽光洋溢，百鬱全消。原唱是丹麥的一個華麗搖滾團體 Walker 漫步者合唱團，「華麗搖滾」是 70 年代肇始於西洋樂壇的風潮，表演者會穿上炫麗特製的服裝，加上特別的髮型化妝以取悅觀眾，這個風潮延續到 80 年代的日本後被改名為「視覺系」。1973 年這首歌發行單曲時，歌名為" Sha-la-la-la-la "，在丹麥當地極受歡迎，排行成績最高升至亞軍。
1974 年，香港的 The Wynners 溫拿樂隊在專輯《 Listen To The Wynners 》翻唱了這首歌，歌名改為" Sha la la la "並選為主打單曲，立即風靡港台等華人地區。
