Complete與 finish的區別

2012年，在倫敦舉行的語言大賽中，圭亞那選手Samsunder Balgobin在回答比賽中最後一道問題，

＂你如何用一種容易讓人理解的方式解釋complete（完整）與finished（結束）的區別＂時，

給出了他的答案：

When you marry the right woman, you are COMPLETE.

（娶對老婆，你就完整。）

When you marry the wrong woman, you are FINISHED.

（娶到歹某，一世結束。）

And when the right one catches you with the wrong one, you are COMPLETELY FINISHED.

（當大某逮到你跟小三在一起，你就完蛋了！）

全場觀眾和評委為他起立鼓掌長達五分鐘。
